Transforming Lives through Hope is a Faith Based residential program. The program is very structured; Please take time to consider all this to be sure that this is what you want. 

​After reading through our requirements and giving it some thought, the following steps are required to be admitted into our program.

Please fill out the online application. The application will be reviewed and voted on by our TLT HOPE staff to see if you are a good fit for this program.  Once you are accepted, a letter will be sent to you.

You will need a completed medical examination.  Please bring this with you from prison.

Our program can’t service individuals with sex offense convictions due to zoning.
